UltraTech is a continuously growing organization, and we want to tap into the best talent for future roles. We are hiring for one of our flagship programs - Chartered Accountants Leadership Program (CALP)

This is a 1-year leadership program, split into two stints of 5 months each across our manufacturing, marketing locations, and shared services post which confirmation shall be decided.

CA- Fresher- 1st attempt Preferred

Skills:

Functional Skills Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standard accounting practices

Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and familiarity with relevant transaction codes

Experience or understanding of costing (fixed, variable, power, variation, fly ash, etc.)

Ability to prepare and interpret trial balance and financial statements

Understanding of legal compliances and corporate governance

Exposure to management reporting, performance analysis, planning, and budgeting

Knowledge of vendor management, procurement, and contract management

Experience with logistics, inventory management, and distribution planning

Capability to support internal and statutory audits

Behavioral Skills

Adaptability & agility to adjust to dynamic business needs and relocate if required

Analytical & problem-solving skills, especially in interpreting financial data and resolving issues

High attention to detail in costing, reporting, and compliance documentation

Collaboration & relationship building with cross-functional teams and vendors

Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement

Proactive learning & initiative, with a continuous improvement mindset

Ethical integrity, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with policies

Assist in accounting, compliance, and statutory/internal audits
